Inside Our Douala Production Workflow
A behind-the-scenes look at how Diensa pieces move from sketch to finished garment.
Every garment begins with digital pattern drafting, where fit, proportion, and movement are modeled before cutting starts. This stage reduces waste and improves precision.
After cutting, materials move to artisan finishing where signature details are applied by hand. This includes embroidery accents, trims, and selective surface treatments.
Final quality control combines visual checks and wear simulation. By the time a piece reaches customers, it has passed both engineering standards and craft standards.
